Oh, look at this! Now, we've had all of the shafts shaved, the base shaved, so that I can just run my razor across and nothing catches.

So whatever procedure I carry out on my patient, it's going to just glide over or attach quite nicely.

The one area that we haven't done though, is just in between here, just in between those cheeks.

And we can just allow the razor to drift down and I can just check with my finger, a little probe, if something seems to respond when I just push in between those cheeks.
